Parking in Tallinn
In public paid parking zones in Tallinn, the first 15 minutes of parking are free if the driver, in writing or using parking clocks, records the start time of parking. Parking clocks or a written notice of the start of parking must be visible on the front windshield of the vehicle.
Outside the paid zone, parking is free.
Two-wheeled motor vehicles can park for free in public paid parking zones in the city of Tallinn.

Insurance
For traveling abroad, a Green Card insurance policy is mandatory. Policies are valid for 15 days, 1 month, 2 months, etc. monthly up to 1 year.
We also recommend having a medical insurance policy insurance abroad.
And to drive on the territory of Ukraine, you need to have a valid motor vehicle policy.
