Toll Roads
There are no toll roads in Latvia.
Payment is only required for entry into the resort area of Jurmala.
The fee for entry is charged from April 1 to September 30. The rest of the time, entry to Jurmala is free.
Electric vehicles are exempt from the entry fee.

During the validity period of the pass, the number of entries is unlimited. Pass control is carried out using cameras.
The fine for entry without a pass is €50.

Standard speed limits in Latvia (unless otherwise indicated on signs).

When paying at parking meters, the receipt for using paid parking must be placed in a visible place - on the left side of the front panel of the vehicle so that the controller can verify the presence and content of this document: information about payment, validity period, and document number must be visible.

Insurance
For traveling abroad, a Green Card insurance policy is mandatory. Policies are valid for 15 days, 1 month, 2 months, etc. monthly up to 1 year.
We also recommend having a medical insurance policy insurance abroad.
And to drive on the territory of Ukraine, you need to have a valid motor vehicle policy.
