Testemitanu Street, 30, near the Oncology Institute. These parking lots are free and operate from 7:00 to 19:00; parking on the city streets is not a problem after 19:00.

For traveling abroad, a Green Card insurance policy is mandatory. Policies are valid for 15 days, 1 month, 2 months, etc. monthly up to 1 year.
