Most parking lots are fenced, and entry is through a barrier. Usually, these parking lots are located near the seaside.
In case of improper parking, the car is towed within 15 minutes. Evacuated cars are taken to a parking lot near the main post office.
Budva has many free parking spaces, but they are in high demand, so finding one can be challenging. It is recommended to book accommodation with private parking.
In other towns on the Budva Riviera (Becici, Rafailovici, Przno, Sveti Stefan, and Petrovac), parking is available only near hotels or is paid with a barrier.
